Below you will find an overview of some relevant questions you might have before moving into one of our places.

If you are already living in one of our places, please go to the self-service customer portal to get in touch with us for repairs, questions, complaints, etc.

General questions

  • Are pets allowed? Pets are not allowed in our houses.

  • Can I make changes to my home? You can decorate your home to your own taste with accessories. You are not allowed to make any changes to the walls (including painting), furniture and upholstery.

Contracts

  • Can I extend my temporary lease? It is not possible to extend a temporary lease.

  • Can I extend my short stay contract? It is not possible to extend a short stay contract.

  • When will I receive my deposit? The deposit will be transferred to the bank account number known to us within 8 to 10 weeks after the end date of the contract. Any outstanding amounts will be settled with the deposit.

  • What is a campus contract? With a campus contract, the resident must be registered at an MBO, HBO or WO institution. If you are a PhD student, you are also eligible for a campus contract. Proof of registration must be submitted once a year.

  • Can I sublet my home? No, subletting is not possible.

  • I am dissatisfied or have a complaint If you have a repair request, or a compaint about your space you can contact us via the customer portal. If you have a general complaint, you can report it here.
